@jessicaossom, es a hacer un acercamiento musical hacia el concepto de "Light of the world" o "Luz del mundo" , traigo para ustedes una canción cuya letra es de mi autoría sobre una melodía que se oye con cierta frecuencia en las iglesias. Como pueden ver, expresa el deseo de que se concretice la hermandad entre todos los humanos, que nos veamos como hermanos sin que las fronteras que el mismo hombre ha inventado para separarnos los unos de los otros sean impedimento para que podamos ser unidos.
Si esa unión viene de adentro, del corazón (Hoy, 14 de febrero, que en Venezuela se celebra el día de San Valentín como el Día del Amor y la Amistad), por más discursos externos que escuchemos estimulando la desunión, no nos dejaremos llevar por eso.
Ojalá nos reconozcamos como hermanos sin detenernos a mirar las diferencias de nacionalidad, color, religión, idioma, costumbres, cosas que se complementan unas con otras, así como en una orquesta...qué aburrido sería que hubiera 30 instrumentos iguales, y la riqueza se logra en esa complementariedad de instrumentos tan diferentes como el tambor, y la flauta, el clarinete y el violín...
Somos una orquesta...somos diferentes...unamos nuestras diferencias y lograremos la belleza de la paz y la unidad, dejemos la oscuridad de las disensiones y guerras para que brille la paz en el mundo.

As you can see, it expresses the desire that the brotherhood between all humans be realized, that we see ourselves as brothers without the borders that man himself has invented to separate us from each other being an impediment for us to be united.
If that union comes from within, from the heart (Today, February 14, which in Venezuela celebrates Valentine's Day as the Day of Love and Friendship), no matter how many external discourses we hear stimulating disunity, we will not let ourselves be carried away, that's why.
Hopefully we recognize ourselves as brothers without stopping to look at the differences of nationality, color, religion, language, customs, things that complement each other, just like in an orchestra... how boring it would be if there were 30 equal instruments, and the wealth it is achieved in that complementarity of instruments as different as the drum, and the flute, the clarinet and the violin...
We are an orchestra...we are different...let us unite our differences and we will achieve the beauty of peace and unity, let us leave the darkness of dissensions and wars so that peace shines in the world.
