👋 Introduction
Hello everyone!
As you all know me from so far that I do post blogs related to travel and photography and now I feel like I want to do something with crypto and web3 so this is my first post in the Web3 space, and I’m really excited to start this journey here on LeoFinance.
I’m a beginner in crypto and Web3, and honestly, I don’t know everything yet—but that’s exactly why I’m here. I want to learn, explore, and share everything step by step here with you all.
🌐 What is Web3 (In Simple Words)
From what I’ve understood so far, Web3 is the next version of the internet.
Web1 = Read (basic websites)
Web2 = Read + Write (social media like Instagram, YouTube)
Web3 = Read + Write + Own In Web3, you have control over your:
Data
Money
Digital assets And everything runs on blockchain technology. Its very exciting and curious for me that how we can digitally grow so much of assests.
💡 Why I Decided to Start This Journey
Honestly I have always been into the digital things and technologies and I’ve been seeing a lot about crypto, airdrops, and online earning, and it made me curious.
But when I started, I realised:
It’s confusing for beginners
There’s too much information
No clear starting point
So instead of waiting to become an expert, I decided: 👉 I will learn in public
🛠️ What I’ve Done So Far
Here’s what I’ve explored till now:
Created a crypto wallet (MetaMask)
Learned about testnets and faucets
Tried interacting with some platforms
Started understanding how airdrops work I’m still learning, and I make mistakes—but that’s part of the process.
The main thing about web3 is to make mistakes and do learn from them.. you will make a lot of mistakes but its okay, you don’t have to feel bad for that.
🤔 My Honest Experience (Beginner Thoughts)
At first, everything felt very confusing. Terms like:
Gas fees
Wallets
Networks These were really hard for me to understand,
But once I started exploring step by step, things slowly started making sense. 👉 My advice to other beginners:
Don’t try to learn everything at once. Just take one step daily.
