🚀 Day 5 of My Web3 Journey: Discovering Airdrop Tools & Setting Up Hive Keychain

👋 Introduction

Welcome back to my Web3 journey!
Today was actually a very interesting day for me. I didn’t do anything too complicated, but I learned some useful tools and also made my setup better.
I’m slowly starting to feel more comfortable in this space.

🎥 Finding New Airdrop Websites

Today, I watched a video on the internet where someone was talking about 3 websites that help find early and ongoing airdrop projects. This caught my attention because: 👉 Finding good airdrops early is very important in Web3 and its very good thing for a beginner like me So I decided to check them out myself.

Those websites are:

1. Airdrop.io

2. AirdropAlert.io

3. DeFiLlama(airdrop page)

   

   These are some websites which gives all the information about upcoming and early started airdrop projects.

🔍 Doing My Own Research

After watching the video, I searched for those websites and started exploring them. I looked at:

• What kind of projects are listed

• How early the projects are

• What tasks are required At first, it felt a bit confusing, but after spending some time, I started understanding how these platforms work. 👉 I realized that:

• Some websites list new projects very early

• Some show ongoing airdrops you can still join This was really helpful because now I know where to look instead of randomly searching and to be honest that makes the process of finding good projects very easy for beginners.

🐦 Sharing on X (Twitter)

After learning about these websites, I decided to share it on my X (Twitter) account. I made a post about: 👉 These platforms where people can find airdrops Even though I’m still learning, I’m trying to:

• Share whatever I discover

• Help others who are also beginners 👉 This makes me feel more involved in the Web3 community

  

  Sharing these types of useful things on X is also helpful for other persons like me and they don’t need to waste their time on scams.

🔐 Setting Up Hive Keychain

One of the most important things I did today was: 👉 I downloaded Hive Keychain on both:

• My MacBook (extension)

• My iPhone (mobile app)

⚙️ Why This Was Important

Before this, managing things on Hive felt a bit difficult. But after installing Hive Keychain:

• Logging in became easier

• Transactions became smoother

• Everything feels more connected 👉 It’s like having a secure and easy way to interact with Hive

💡 What I learned Today

Today I learned two simple but important things:

1. Use the right tools
   → It saves time and effort

2. Make your setup strong
   → It makes your journey smoother

🤔 My Honest Experience

I’m still learning step by step. Some things still confuse me, but now:

• I know where to find airdrops

• I’m more active on X

• My Hive setup is better 👉 These small improvements are giving me confidence

🙌 Conclusion

Day 5 was not about doing too many things, but about doing the right things.

• Found useful airdrop websites

• Shared knowledge

• Improved my setup 👉 And I feel like I’m moving forward step by step
