Everytime I run on two wheels just myself I'm always in full throttle. I always run fast and not afraid to die even though I've been into two motorcycle accidents already. But this morning when I went to the hospital to see my CT Scan result it makes me think what was it. Because I don't understand what "Cystic Bronchiectasis" means. When I arrived I home I immediately went in front of computer and search on google. It says that it's non curable but manageable. Now I feel sad knowing that there's no cure. I also feel scared. This is the first time I feel afraid of death.

I don't smoke, I drink sometimes, but I know I live healthy. I always eat fruits and veggies. I think the possible reason I got this is because I work at night which makes my immune system weak. I also remember last year that I have 2 room mates which are smokers. They don't smoke inside the room and smoke in front of the door instead. But I can still inhale some of the smokes they make.

Base on what I have read on the internet the only chance to live a normal life is to take care more of myself and regularly have vaccines for flu or pnemonia. I should also avoid to go near the people who smoke and avoid being near to people have cough or sneezing. I should also avoid foods which can trigger cough like chocolates and other foods contains a lot of sugar. I should also avoid too much salty and processed foods. I should have a new lifestyle now. A new healthier lifestyle.

The other thing I'm worrying about is my job. I need to work for my family. Most call centers schedules of work is at night. I need to work at daytime to take care of myself. There are some few companies that has a morning shift but the salary is low. There's a lot of things running into my mind right now. I hope I could figure out what to do.

My schedule of return to my Doctor is on Monday. I don't know what she will do to manage this. I hope I can still live longer for my wife and children.
