Longer Nights
Oftentimes enthralled by dancing
Albeit the tune is slowly fading
Even when to a languid pace
We keep on with unbroken grace
'Tis midnight, the clock goes tick tock
Spot a tiny spittle over my smock
And feel you breathe from chest to chest
Whilst in my arms you safely rest
But a little more of time let me bask
Before Mr. Moon quietly unmasks
Whisper words, "I love you, sleep well and tight"
Know that someone's always saying good night
