Well you know I am passionate about writing on the topic of leadership, so I couldn't agree more. A strong leader helps to lead people to success on a project.

One of the most important things the leader does is set the vision which helps the project define its objectives. Without a clear direction of travel we cannot know wether we are doing in the right direction.
