Today started off with shopping which hopefully will be my last before Christmas. I thought it might be difficult because of the news around the new coronavirus strain. However, there was no sign of panic buying.
In the evening it was gym time 💪. I did 28 min on the rowing machine followed by 20 min on the treadmill.
