Change in plans. I already trimmed the lower shelf to size. It may end up as a second layer to reinforce the top. I also might buy another 2x4 to reinforce the top and shelf from below. It might be a good idea to support around the sink anyway. Water is heavy.
The change came when I found two off cut scraps from when I made the hurricane "shutters" and they just happened to fit perfectly between the legs. I decided to stop while I was ahead and go with that. They are removable so that I can clean underneath it. The lower shelf was set into place by laying a 2x4 on the ground to space it out.
I have to locate and cut out the sink, then put a sealer on this, and another project, and then I will do the epoxy bar top.
