I always think that if we bring colour into our lives, they’ll be so much better; that if we focus on that colour, it will multiply. Of course, there are always moments in life when black or shades of grey reign supreme, when it seems impossible to see any colour at all, but nothing lasts forever, neither the bad nor the good. They are simply stages, and we must realise that we get through them more quickly if we learn from what they teach us; it’s like moving up a level or climbing a rung on the long ladder that is life.
I love creating designs with colours, as if I were painting on a canvas onto which I pour my intuition, as in this case where I chose a variety of images, all rich in colour, and when I combined them, I found the result fascinating. The message is to send positive energy to those who need it, and for that positive vibe from the colours to multiply.

Siempre pienso que, si le damos color a la vida, ésta será mucho mejor, que, si nos enfocamos en ese color, éste se multiplicará. Por supuesto que siempre hay momentos en la vida donde reina el negro o las escalas de grises, donde parece que ver un color es imposible, pero nada dura para siempre ni lo malo, ni lo bueno. Simplemente son etapas y hay que saber que de lo mano se sale más rápido si se aprende lo que nos enseña, es como pasar de nivel o subir un escalón de la larga escalera que es la vida.
Me encanta hacer diseños con colores, como si pintara sobre un lienzo en donde vuelco la intuición, como en este caso donde elegí imágenes variadas, pero siempre con mucho color y al combinarlas el resultado me pareció fascinante. El mensaje es dar buena energía a aquellas personas que lo necesitan y que esa buena vibración de los colores se multiplique.
Process in pictures - Proceso en imágenes
The design was created entirely in Photoshop CS6 without the use of AI, using 10 royalty free images spread across 25 layers.
For the background, I chose a canvas texture image, onto which I placed a sepia-toned image across two layers using ‘Spot Light’ and ‘Soft Light’ blending modes. I then used the images depicting splashes or splotches, three in total. I created several layers of each, positioning them in different places within the design and at different scales. For these, I used the ‘Darken’ and ‘Darken Colour’ blending modes.
I then placed the image containing the two elements, which correspond to two watercolour landscapes, at each end of the design in Normal mode, and the images of the heron and the flower using the darker colour blend; however, for the flower, I created an extra layer in Normal mode for the central part so that the white colour would show through.
As for the image of the butterflies, I split each one into a separate layer with a darker colour blend and placed them in different areas of the design. Finally, I worked on the image of the woman across four layers: I placed two of them beneath all the previous layers, but on top of the background, using ‘Hard Light’ and ‘Darker Colour’ blending modes; and the other two on top of all the design’s layers using ‘Soft Light’ and ‘Normal’ blending modes, with the latter applied only to the woman’s eyes. I also enhanced the highlights and contrast.

El diseño está realizado completamente en el programa Photoshop CS6 sin uso de IA con 10 imágenes sin derechos de autor distribuidas en 25 capas.
Para la realización del fondo elegí una imagen de textura de lienzo sobre la que coloqué una imagen en tonos sepias en dos capas con fusiones de luz focal y luz suave. Luego use las imágenes que son salpicaduras o manchas, que en total son tres. Hice varias capas de cada una situándolas en distintas posiciones dentro del diseño y con distintas escalas. En estos casos usé las fusiones de oscurecer y color más oscuro.
Luego situé la imagen que tiene dos a su vez y que corresponden a dos paisajes de acuarelas en cada uno de los extremos del diseño en modo normal y las imágenes de la garza y la flor con la fusión de color más oscuro, aunque de la flor hice una capa extra en modo normal de la parte central para que se vea el color blanco.
En el caso de la imagen de las mariposas las dividí cada una en una capa distinta con la fusión de color más oscuro y las coloqué en distintas zonas del diseño. Finalmente trabajé la imagen de la mujer en cuatro capas, dos las coloqué debajo de todas las anteriores capas, pero sobre el fondo con fusiones de luz fuerte y color más oscuro y las otras dos sobre todas las capas del diseño con las fusiones de luz suave y normal, siendo ésta última sólo los ojos de la mujer. Además, le resalte la luz y el contraste.
