So what does it feel like to own millions of a particular crypto? Or possibly even a billion tokens or coins? Well if your like me it’s a good feeling. Although the $ exchange rate may be in the doldrums.
However, in the coming years I believe this is going to change. If you look at the market right now you are starting to see this network effect take place within the high inflation coins. And if you buy just right you could literally pay off a mortgage. Don’t believe me?
Well it is happening right now before our very eyes. Now I’m not going to mention a particular coin but you could figure it out. And there will be more of these coins sprouting up daily. Now the tough part will be to pick a project that will have staying power.
Or perhaps a project tied to staking and defi.
Regardless, people will gravitate towards these type of coins because owning millions of something is better then hundreds. It is this type of thinking plus the network effect that is going to fuel this craze. It’s also why smaller investors don’t buy Satoshi’s as frequently as the alt’s.
Large moves in these cryptos will feed this craze going into the new year. Money will be made or lost as always. Yet, behind the scenes the play2earn craze will also help fuel the inflationary coin boom. Imagine becoming a coin whale within a gaming ecosystem.
And more importantly being able to cash out into a scarce ecosystem like bitcoin. Obviously each virtual economy will have it’s own standards. Yet, I believe many gaming economies will embrace the inflationary model. Again, people would rather own a million of something as opposed to thousands.
There are new rules occurring now in the age of abundance. Many of these new rules will be difficult for the legacy people to understand. Some will finally understand crypto. While others will simply try to hold on to something that no longer exists.
Even now they are trying to force more debt upon the people. Yet, many are waking up to the truth of a better way. And most of us already realize that being Bill Gates is possible but highly unlikely. However, within the blockchain ecosystems we can all become Satoshi.
My advice to all of the crypto community is to not take things too seriously. Blockchain should be a fun experience for all people. It’s also a way to stick our middle finger at the debt farmers of this world. It will never be enough for these people.
So now instead of debt for the people we can have trillions of coins created. And why not? The Fed has created trillions to keep the legacy Ponzi scheme afloat. Not to mention buying worthless debt that no one wants.
Imagine thousands of games each with their own inflationary coin. Coins can be earned hourly and minted. Now rewarded for the game play users can do as they wish with the new earned coin. Perhaps by more bitcoin or stake it in Hive?
And because these coins will be so cheap it’s only a matter of time before people begin to buy in droves. Now these are just some of the new rules that are being created in real time. These trends are already beginning to gain traction.
Of course allowing anyone to participate with limited or no investment will also drive this new trend. When you can purchase large blocks of coins for a couple of bucks you get the picture. Hopefully the crypto community embraces this notion since it helps to lift all boats.
Lastly, on the play2earn front I have been playing Town Star on the gala games platform. It’s basically a farm sim game that is really fun. It’s a project that I have been following since it’s inception. My complaint since the beginning was the utilization of ETH.
Well the good news is that the dev team is creating their own chain to negate the sky high ETH fees. $51 dollars to move some in game assets! Hell no! So I may do another write up regarding this farming sim.
