I just finished a 4.18km running that lasted about 0hh:28mm:7ss !
Hello hello!
See that face above?
That's the face of someone who just wasn't happy with his run.
I was slow, I was sore, I stupidly ate beforehand and the whole thing was a struggle.
To be honest, my routine hasn't been great.
Normally I would get home from work, and get straight onto editing videos or training or working on my blockchain project, or creating posts until about 9pm, and then I would relax and stretch and do my rehab for my elbows, until it was bed time.
I really liked that routine. I couldn't fit in everything I wanted, but I'd get a lot done.
I was just having a single meal a day, but I just can't seem to do that at the moment because I don't have the variety, quantity of food or the prep time I need to make a hearty single meal... so I'm back to eating 3 meals a day.... so after work I relax for a sec, put the sheepies to bed, and then have dinner... which means I'm on the couch... and no one escapes the couch until bed time.
I'd really like to change that routine, gotta be strong!
Working stretching back into my day will help with my training and my recovery, so I really need to treat the couch as hostile at this point.
My app is going well. We've figured out the payments side (it's a social media app where consumers can tip creators directly) and so now we're just building out all the normal posting stuff. Exciting to share it within a month or two.
Confident(ish) on achieving 50kms for April. I'm sitting on 42.92kms now with 7 days to go. My goal of being able to monkeybar through my obstacle course seems to be on track too... I did start getting headaches as soon as I pushed my upper body exercises further... but I'm hoping that's a '2 steps forward, 1 step back' situation.
Hope everyone is well!
