I do think that when people are this difficult, they are trying to get something for free. I know people who act like this and then later brag about all the extra or free service they get, it's like a game to them. Hopefully you're able to forget about this occasion because I do think that she would have found any excuse to complain about you - truly it's not even about you, it's about getting free stuff from your company.
