Today was a perfect Sunday to go out to the park and disconnect from the routine. My husband and I went walking to Parque de Los Novios, a park that I love and the first one we went to when we arrived in Bogota. The weather was splendid, with a soft sun and a cool breeze that made everything more pleasant. We decided to take advantage of this day to rest and connect with nature, something that always recharges my energy. We walked among the trees, enjoying the vibrant green that surrounded us, and sat for a while on the grass to simply observe the scenery. The birds singing, the fresh air and the sound of the leaves moving in the wind created a unique harmony. Everything felt peaceful. It was a moment of calm, of taking a deep breath and letting ourselves be carried away by the serenity of the place.
This walk was just what we needed to recharge and start the week with a lot of optimism.

Hoy fue un domingo perfecto para salir al parque y desconectar de la rutina. Nos fuimos mi esposo y yo caminando al Parque Los Novios, un parque que me encanta y al primero que fuimos reci茅n llegando a Bogot谩. El clima estaba espl茅ndido, con un sol suave y una brisa fresca que hac铆a todo m谩s agradable. Decidimos aprovechar este d铆a para descansar y conectar con la naturaleza, algo que siempre me recarga de energ铆a. Caminamos entre los 谩rboles, disfrutando del verde vibrante que nos rodeaba, y nos sentamos un rato en el c茅sped para simplemente observar el paisaje. El canto de los p谩jaros, el aire puro y el sonido de las hojas movi茅ndose con el viento creaban una armon铆a 煤nica. Todo se sent铆a en paz. Fue un momento de calma, de respirar profundamente y nos dejamos llevar por la serenidad del lugar.
Este paseo fue justo lo que necesit谩bamos para recargarnos y comenzar la semana con mucho optimismo.
