En el mes de la celebración de Halloween, comparto con esta comunidad tan creativa y talentosa este nuevo proyecto. Esta vez tomé el motivo de la calabaza para crear una bolsita y llenarla con golosinas. Este detalle puede servir para regalito de salida o cotillón en una fiesta de brujitas. Es muy sencilla de hacer y se toma poco tiempo, lo cual es una buena idea cuando hay que hacer estas bolsitas en serie.
In the month of the Halloween celebration, I share with this creative and talented community this new project. This time I took the pumpkin motif to create a little bag and fill it with candy. This detail can be used as an exit gift or cotillion at a witches' party. It is very easy to make and takes very little time, which is a good idea when you have to make these bags in series.
En esta fotografía les dejo los materiales, son pocos y accesibles, pues las tijeras, aguja e hilos los tenemos en casa. También es posible que tengamos retazos de fieltro, si no, se pueden conseguir en las papelerías pedazos pequeños, como la medida de una hoja blanca tipo carta, que nos alcanza para hacer la calabaza.
In this picture I leave the materials, they are few and accessible because we have the scissors, needles, and threads at home. It is also possible that we have scraps of felt, if not, you can get small pieces in stationery stores, such as the size of a white sheet of paper, which is enough to make the pumpkin.
Lo primero que debemos hacer es sacar los moldes de la figura. Para ello, busqué una imagen en la Web
de una calabaza y la marqué doble en el fieltro anaranjado . Marqué triángulos en el fieltro negro para hacer los ojos y la nariz, además de una sonrisa no tan macabra (risas) y los pegué con silicón frío.
The first thing we have to do is to take the molds of the figure. To do this, I looked up an image on the Web
of a pumpkin and marked it doubles on the orange felt. I marked triangles on the black felt to make the eyes and nose, plus a not-so-macabre smile (laughs) and glued it with cold silicone.
Para agregarle un asa a la bolsita, busqué un pedazo de encaje negro que me parece que le dio un toque original. Lo pegué por dentro a los lados. Para terminarla, cosí por los bordes con puntadas de ojal, le agregué un pedacito de fieltro verde para la ramita del centro y listo.
To add a handle to the bag, I looked for a piece of black lace that I think gave it an original touch. I glued it to the inside of the sides. To finish it off, I sewed around the edges with buttonhole stitches, added a little piece of green felt for the twig in the center and that was it.
Llené la bolsita con golosinas y así quedó terminada. Es un lindo y apropiado detalle para obsequiar a los más pequeños en una fiesta de celebración de Halloween. Espero que les haya gustado y que se animen a hacerlas. Cualquier ocasión es buena para potenciar nuestra creatividad y poner manos a la obra, lo más importante es disfrutar del proceso creativo y ponerle corazón a lo que hacemos.
I filled the bag with candies and this is how it turned out. It is a nice and appropriate detail to give to the little ones at a Halloween party.
