Happy day, my dear knitting friends! I hope you are all well, in good health, and feeling great. I'm back in this wonderful community to share a new knitting project.
Today, for my Monday knitting project, I decided to knit something different and very special: several little hearts to make a bracelet. I chose a pretty green yarn and, little by little, I shaped them.
But the best part was that in this project I was able to combine knitting and jewelry making. Thanks to what I learned in my jewelry making class, I made the rings or hoops myself to link each heart together. It was very exciting to see how my hands now bend, cut, and shape the wire with more confidence than in the early days.
隆Feliz d铆a, mis queridas amigas de las agujas! Espero que est茅n bien, con mucha salud y bienestar. Estoy de vuelta por esta hermosa comunidad para compartir un nuevo proyecto tejido.
Hoy en mi proyecto del lunes de agujas decid铆 tejer algo diferente y muy especial: varios corazoncitos para elaborar una pulsera o brazalete. Escog铆 un hilo bonito de color verde y, poco a poco, les fui dando forma.
Pero lo mejor de todo fue que en este proyecto pude combinar el tejido y la bisuter铆a. Gracias a lo que he aprendido en mi curso de bisuter铆a, yo misma fabriqu茅 los aritos o argollas que sirvieron para enlazar cada coraz贸n. Fue muy emocionante ver c贸mo mis manos ahora tambi茅n doblan, cortan y moldean el alambre con m谩s seguridad que los primeros d铆as.
The final touch was the clasp, which I also made myself using the techniques I learned. I like feeling that I can create something from the first crochet stitch to the last detail of the finish, without relying on purchased pieces.
When I finished and tried on the bracelet, I loved it. It turned out just as I had imagined: delicate, original, and full of meaning. I like to think that each heart represents a moment, a lesson learned, a joy that adds to the next, until it forms a beautiful chain that I can wear on my wrist.
This project gives me great satisfaction because it confirms that what I learn in one area can be applied to another. Knitting and jewelry making have come together in my hands to bring something unique to life. And so, among threads, stitches, wires, and rings, I continue to enjoy my Mondays with needles, always hoping that the next project will be as beautiful as or even more beautiful than the last.
El toque final fue el broche o cierre, que tambi茅n hice yo misma aplicando las t茅cnicas que aprend铆. Me gusta sentir que puedo crear algo desde el primer punto de crochet hasta el 煤ltimo detalle del acabado, sin depender de piezas compradas.
Cuando termin茅 y me prob茅 la pulsera, me encant贸. Qued贸 justo como la imaginaba: delicada, original y llena de significado. Me gusta pensar que cada coraz贸n representa un momento, un aprendizaje, una alegr铆a que se suma al siguiente, hasta formar una cadena bonita que puedo llevar en mi mu帽eca.
Este proyecto me deja muy satisfecha, porque confirma que lo que aprendo en un 谩rea me sirve para otra. El tejido y la bisuter铆a se han unido en mis manos para dar vida a algo 煤nico. Y as铆, entre hilos, puntadas, alambres y aritos, sigo disfrutando de mis lunes de agujas, siempre con la ilusi贸n de que el pr贸ximo proyecto sea igual o m谩s bonito que el anterior.
