Yesterday I went to Athens. To prepare for the drive I got up, did my morning meditation and qigong practices, and went for a quick beach run. I'm not so fond of driving or being amongst large groups of people..........however I'm in Greece and have been looking forward to experiencing these ancient Greek monuments!!! So I do what I need to do to help ground myself for the day!!!

There are two men here at all times, to represent all Greeks who have been in the army for all time. They rotate in 2 hour shifts.

Barred from the Temple of Zeus!
This is the temple of Zeus from the view of my phone as ti sneaks a picture from inside the bars. Zeus is a very powerful god, of course I asked his permission first, he gladly gave me permission and he shared his great anger at such bars placed around his temple! His temple is for the people for people to come and be, not to be separated from!
Now we are in front of the oldest theature in the world.
