LegalFling proposes to send a message to the prospective partner prior to sexual intercourse to confirm that such a goal is mutual, with no hidden implications. The gadget in its database records the voluntary consent of the partners for sex and may subsequently issue a "certificate" that would prove innocence in cases of alleged blackmail in the event of financial or other claims.
