done cooking my "tabirak" in bisaya,, this so special dish a native dish that all filipino loves,,specially the bisaya(cebuano)..it has a taste sweet that will trully captured the heart of every people who eat this.. it has sweet potato, jackfruit,big tapioca, vanilla, riped banana (sab-a),colocasia esculenta (u can search it),malanga ( u can search it also), brown sugar, glutinous rice, coco milk.
