Hi guys, hope all of ya are doing well. It has been a month since I return to Hong Kong from my business trip in the New York. If you ask how do I think about the New York, I will say, it’s way different than I thought, but it’s not exactly the typical US per Melinda said to me before I depart.
All the things in the Manhattan are bloody expensive, my friend in the CN community always told me that things in HK is super expensive when compared to the cities where they are living in. When look at the New York, it’s way more expensive than HK ! I couldn’t accept to pay US$ 5 for a can of coke on the street !! And US$ 9 for a slice of a pizza, US$ 9 can buy a whole pizza in Shenzhen, in Hong Kong maybe I can also make it in some small shop.
Anyway, it’s no harm to visit the NY in my life, we only live once. It’s a precious experience no matter it’s good or bad.
Above images were taken near by the 55th street while we are on way back to the hotel at the last day of our trip. Time was about 4:30 pm where we still got a nice sunlight there.
I didn’t take these pictures on purpose but I noticed that it’s quite suitable to post on here shadow hunter, inside the pictures we can clearly see the people’s shadow, and look carefully to the glass window of the building, there’s reflection of the building that opposite to it.
I love these images a lot as they help me to solve the issue on which to post for my next post on Shadow community. Shadow? Hunter? Now I got both. Perfect !
