I'm back to work even if I don't feel 100% okay. I travelled for about 2 hours to our client and walk around the area. I have 4 itineraries which needs to walk up to 4th floor of the building
I didn't exercise again today, I having an Asthma attack when I got home. I already took a medicine, which gives relief but makes me a bit dizzy. So I'll post my activity report early.
