I found visual bug in the Splinterlands! Once again I found bug in the Splinterlands. I reported this bug to Splinterlands Support Team and I received really nice sticker! Just look at this!

I play in the Splinterlands in last months mostly from my phone. For long time I played only from my laptop but I'm getting older haha and I'm really lazy to spend so many hours playing in the Splinterlands from my laptop so I decided to just play from mobile. My first days were like I don't understand the battle screen. It was harder for card selection on small phone screen. But I can tell you that after weeks of playing from my phone I think this is the best option for me right now. I can just grab my phone and play few games. It not need a lot of free time because I always can have like 20 minutes for few games. SO I can play from early morning at afternoon and some game at the evening. That sounds great for me because I not need to play only from my laptop and play and play like 25 games which is boring. I play better when I play few games maybe no more than 10-15 at once. I can focus what to play and there is chance that I not gonna be in lose streak because I have fresh mind. When of course I see that I'm tired enough and I can't play good I just stop playing and I take a rest for couple of hours. This is my strategy of playing many games in the Splinterlands. Of course when I playing in different time zones there be other opponents so is possible to get better win ratio versus them. I don't like to play verus one or two opponents every time. It's fine to play like 2-5 games versus the same player because we have like best of 3 or best of 5 to see who is better but playing only versus the same top player would be boring. I need to learn more and better strategies that's why I need to play versus different players.

To the point I found visual bug with card selection. I play with gold foil cards only ok maybe 95% are gold foils rest are reward cards with higher level but when I renting cards I just take gold foil version. So this bug is about gold foils. So not many players noticed that. I noticed that right away because I saw that I can't play with gold foils for my archon level. My legendary archon have level 2 and I saw that I have regular foils with higher level playable. But it was just visual bug because game interface just hidden my lower level gold foils. Just look at this.

I have 2 all silver level archons available to play. There is no gold foil archons to play and I play in gold bracket.

But after selecting gold foil card archon I saw that I see higher level regular cards. This match was for low mana.

So game interface show that I can play with 5 level card. But my archon only allows to play with 3 level. I don't have gold foil version of this card even when I switch to gold foil I will see only this card. It was ultra low mana and my archon cost 7 mana so I had to play with that card anyway. But I made screens from that battle to show this to Splinterlands Support Team.

Game started and I saw that every card on the battlefield are equal to my archon level. So this card with 5 level was level 3. So all fine.

More players which were gold foil players reported that visual bug too. For me this is complicated because I need all the time use gold foil filter to play with gold foils. So it require more time to select cards. But support team know about this and they will try to repair that soon. ;) I got really nice sticker for helping so this was even bigger motivation for me to make this post! :)

Splinterlands is a play2earn game on hive blockchain. This is collectible card game. You choose cards and then you watch them at the battlefield. You own your game assets and you can do whatever you want with them.
