Forget about Black Friday, it is bad for your soul! Instead show up for Green Saturday (aka Small Business Saturday) at Sisters of Sound Records and see great music all afternoon and evening! Also, discounted music y’all!
Just say Yes, To Green Saturday!
The lineup is as follows:
1:00pm – 3:00pm: Fret Highway (excellent and immensely talented folk/rock/alternative duo consisting of singer/songwriter Amos Garren and Eric Anthony Larson accompanying on cello)
3:30pm – 4:30pm: Philosophy of Lions (thoughtful Americana music – This is my band, so I have it on good authority that this will be a whole lot of fun! We’ve got all kinds of new additions since we played at Aggiefest, so you won’t want to miss this!)
4:30pm – 5:00pm: Leigh (Ukulele power and a powerful voice, I still have Leigh’s originals stuck in my head from when I saw her perform two weeks ago!)
5:00pm – 6:oopm: Grateful Dudes (Folk n’ Roll duo, I haven’t seen the dudes live yet, but from their videos it looks like they are great with kids! You may have seen them recently at the Little Grill, Aggiefest 2016 or the Manhattan Maker Fair)
6:00pm-7:00pm: Sally Vee (Singer/songwriter, last time I saw Sally Vee she claimed she only has two types of songs, silly and depressing. I would say she only has one type of song, excellent! Also a huge thanks goes out to her for organizing all of these bands in the first place!)
