If reputation (via real world identity revelations such as achievements of person) is done in one chamber. How does that get nullified for when the next PAC-8 takes place.
I don't think that any reputation score in the outer (real world) chamber is linked to the Trusted Reputation of the member in the inner chamber (the anonymous Matrix-8 Solution consensus mechanism), if so this would not be an issue.
Regarding the opposite direction (Trusted Reputation score for the anonymous person affecting/linking to the known person in the Cause groups and on Hive in general), i am not sure there will be any link. What i wrote in my other comment in this thread was just an idea of mine as to how it may/could be, but i am waiting for John to clarify. I may have muddied the waters!

Well, there is that possibility yes, but the bigger the community, the less likely this would be as following the surveys/questionnaires after meeting a reshuffling takes place, so it may be that you are not so often in an 8-PAC with the same people.
If punishment of revealing identity of peers is the only guarantee, then that creates fear of expression, and a need for self regulation. That would essentially exists as stress on each individual.
Maybe so, but i think still it's a vast improvement on the current systems. Also, if revealing ID of peers carries a big black mark, then the AI which allocates people to 8-PACS could prevent that person entering any "sensitive" 8-PAC's where anonymity is more crucial, and very likely also preventing that person being elected as a delegate. Also, that revelation of ID of a peer would only be relevant to a particular 8-PAC meeting, as the ID would change for each 8-PAC.
So what i am saying here (but again i will need to clarify this with John), is that when someone initially signs up to The Matrix-8 Solution, a static unique anonymous ID is allocated to them. This however is not the same anonymous ID used in the meetings. The anonymous ID in each meeting would be unique just for that meeting, but any reputation score (+ or -) would be added to the static anonymous ID which would never be known to anyone.
Is this matrix-8 system implemented anywhere to see how it would work as an actual use in a society?
No, not yet.
If not then what is the roadmap.. because it does appear (to me at least) that the current aim is to acquire minds, and capital? Because obviously those two are crucial for such a thing to materialise.
I think the first application will be here, in a Matrix-8 Cause Group on Hive to move The Matrix-8 Solution into reality (and this is the beginning of that Cause group, just not yet properly structured).
Yes, crucial to materialisaton is the recruiting people to help (minds as you put it :-), then as consensus becomes concentrated, actionable accords to create a proper roadmap and to raise capital to pay for development of a DApp will emerge. Personally i don't think it will be difficult to raise the funding.
Ultimately I think this is ahead of its time. A paradigm shift needs to eventuate before masses have a mind for it.

The Matrix-8 Solution could well be a catalyst (or one of many) helping to spark a paradigm shift.
I can see here, on a forward thinking community of Blockchain, not many have responded eagerly to it. Either due to its complexity or due to their lack of complexity.
Well yes, it's true that there has not been much engagement. I think this is at least partly due to the way we have been presenting it. The Matrix-8 Solution is indeed a complex mechanism and is difficult to explain in few words. I have however begun to make a slideshow with some pictorial representations with fewer words. I think this will help a lot. We will see.
