The planet is entering one of the most challenging times in its modern history, from a social and economic point of view. The coming few months will be hard on entire nations of people. These last months of 2022 will lead to an even more depressed 2023, from a macroeconomic perspective. All the pundits are forecasting it.
i'm sad to say that it's looking likely to me that what he says could be a real possibility!
So, as Julian concludes in his post:
... get out of the cities and head for the countryside where self-sufficient, decentralized communities can thrive far from the masses who will be in more chaos in the congested cities when the food and fuel runs low. I am expecting the worst and hoping for the best. Brace for impact. This is not a drill. The warning signs are everywhere. Now is the time.
Fill your larders and cellars with non-perishables while you can still afford to and while they are still available. Limetz (Einkorn)/grains,/buck wheat, chick peas, oats, rice, mung beans, lentils, olive oil, coconut oil, canned coconut milk, dates (last at least a year i think) or honey if you're not vegan. These are some of the things i'm stocking up on.
