I figured I go out and walk as my wife prepares to record some videos of her cooking series. Granted, it was cold out, but at least it is still bright outside. This time I brought my winter coat to keep me warm.
The coat, the hood, and gloves kept me slightly warm, but at first my shoes kept going untied. Annoying. More annoying was trying to avoid stepping on leftovers from a group of geese that I had seen earlier from an errand run. Funny birds, but they do go often on side walks.
I decided to try a different route from my usual walk, hoping to get some more step count. I guess I hardly go on this road as I noticed an ampitheater on the way, and more geese.
I watched as traffic goes by constantly with people doing their holiday shopping, and here I am walking outside of the cold hanging around with a bunch of birds. Then mid way through the walk I started getting hungry, and my wife wanted some take out from one of the local shops, and I do mean local as in across the street from our home.
I was not sure if I wanted some greasy food. Funny how she spent most of the day working on her cooking videos that she did not cook much in ways for us to eat anything. Oh well.
With takeout at hand and clothes waiting to be taken out of the dryer I shall conclude this Actifit blog entry. Wish I could figure out a nice route that I can get 10,000 steps.
