Recently, I did a post about being present and showing up every day. I may have left out some follow up or parallel steps.
There is no exact number or just one right way to do this. What I mean is, you will find your own way of doing this and what works best for someone else may or may not work for you.
Much like our business guy in the graphic, take it one step at a time. You can do these in an orderly fashion or willy-nilly. One will get you where you want to be much faster. The choice is yours. Like I always say, you do you. Don't give in to the nay-sayers.
Step 1: We've already covered. Show up every day. If you half-ass this and only come occasionally, your efforts will suffer and it will show in whatever the final product is, be it a blog, newsletter, etc.
Step 2: Really put in some effort. If you sign up for a website like ctp you have to come back to it over and over. Maybe not every day, especially if you are working on other things. I see so many that have joined and never came back weeks or even months later. You will never get anywhere like that. You don't have to spend hours there. It can be as simple as doing the daily tasks. These are simple things to get you in the habit of building towards success daily.
Just be sure that if you check it off, you completed it. Otherwise, what's the point?
They offer so much training for every membership level. Don't try to do it all at once. After all, it's a marathon, not a sprint.
I used CTP as just one example. I've been a member for many years. I too was guilty of not coming every day. I have since rectified that problem.
So, show up every single day and be active while you are here. It can be anything from learning something new to being active on Steem. This can include posting new pics or blog posts or curating other people's posts. While you are curating, take a minute to comment on the post. Let the writer know what you liked about it. It's also ok to disagree with a post. Just don't be a jerk about it. I fully believe what you send out comes back to you. Engage with others. Maybe they will come and see who you are and what you're all about. Just another way to build "brand you."
