Steady but steeper increase in HP of the Pub, with curation being a little less efficient for some reason.

No NEWS this time, besides the ones you might already known. Specifically the fact that the PowerUp Giveaway was paused/skipped this HPUD month so that @forykw has more time to deal with changes, being prepared for the next month. Sort of the same reason why this report is going slightly late too. More news... next month!
