As a follow through of previous activities, we came to a place coaching. Here I have to watch and observed what my disciples were up to in their period of discipleship. Having led them through several grounds of knowledge, obedience and sharing. It was time to do the practicals. Everyone involved in leading the role of training and discipling others. I was excited seeing knowledge, obedience and sharing going together. I believe in few weeks time, new leaders will emerge. These disciples will facilitate other schools of discipleship in various communities and denominations. In leadership they were taught to cultivate the habit of growing other leaders thereby raising succession principles. Leaders shouldn't remain alone, they should be reproductive, reproducing themselves. However, the task was worth spending time and the results are absolute and superb.
