It's a long journey today painted with heavy downpour of rain. But it didn't obstruct the flow of warm fellowship. I endured some deep potholes that cover the tyres of motorcycle and the sprockets. Sometimes I lifted my legs and it would seem as if one would fall backward. But I reached my destination successfully. Another ugly situation was was the fear of "Green Island" an occult group that attack some oil communities, killing and maiming people. The Lord protected me and shielded me from their attack and dreads. Meeting with the brethren was very encouraging. I shared the Gospel with them and exhorted them to remain steadfast in spite of their suffering and neglect. Here in Unyeala there's palpable poverty and suffering. The worship Centre is made of zinc up and zinc as walls, and inside on one of the rafters hangs a huge wasp that makes the place uncomfortable and unpleasant to behold. In an occasion one of it stung the host minister. I finally destroyed the wasp which was so dreadful and the people attached some superstitious belief to it. Once it was destroyed the people sighed a relief. Pray for God to keep them and grant them open doors of breakthrough.
