These photographs are a little taste of my recent journey through California. I got a really good dose of tree and ocean medicine, driving through Joshua Tree, Sequoia and King's Canyon National Parks, Yosemite, then driving down the Coast through Monterey, Big Sur, San Diego.
It was my very first time to be amongst giant sequoia's & redwoods, also seeing so many of cypress or Joshua trees. It was also my first time to encounter a bear, and within 15 minutes 3 of them showed up!
Leaving familiar surroundings and venturing into the unknown it's always for me like a journey of rebirth, a birthing tunnel into the new dimensions of reality. Being able to step back and reflect in nature is so essential and very refreshing, so we can look at our realities with the new eyes of awareness, from a perspective of wholeness.
