Work completed
[AssetFun Core] Modified some rules of batch transfer and finished coding.
[AssetFun Core] The test block time was changed from 3 seconds to 1 second. Test passed and there was no need to restart the witness core program.
[AssetFun Core] Investigated the feasibility of separating operator and creator when creating a token.
[AssetFun Core] Finished the development of extending fields of token query.
[AssetFun Wallet] Finished the coding and test of the main process of token create improvement.
[Others] Finished the design of gateway across chain.
[Others] Designed the configuration solution of core chain.
