Refusing an upvote' mechanism is one step in the right direction of introducing ethical behaviors onto a 'code is law' system.

I like this idea a lot.
My account has just been kicked off PeakD !
I have sent a msg trying to get them to stop blocking me, so will just have to wait and see what happens.
The thinking of some of these people has huge blind spots so not sure how well received you idea will be. But its a really good one.
