On the morning of January 19th Donald Trump and his family were preparing for inauguration day and evidently, so were the protesters. During the Presidential inauguration violence erupted in the streets of D.C. Anti-Trump protesters gathered to "resist".

This is not the first time we have seen an anti-trump protest. Protests took place across the country during the 2016 election. However, the protests seen on Friday were a bit more intense. The radical protesters lit vehicles on fire. They also shattered the windows of a Starbucks and Bank of America.

I was puzzled while watching the events unfold on the television screen. I just don't quite understand what breaking a Starbucks window accomplishes? (other than destroying your chance of getting a cup of coffee.) All this does is inconvenience your fellow citizens. It does not change the results of the 2016 election. President Trump's Inauguration took place in spite of you breaking a window.

As an American citizen, I am strong supporter of free speech. However, I can not condone the violence. You have a right to voice your opinion, you do not have a right to put others in harms way because you want to throw a temper tantrum in the streets of Washington D.C. To be completely frank, your actions are incredibly disrespectful and unnecessary. You don't need to break something to be heard. If Hillary Clinton can sit and watch the Republican candidate whom she ran against get sworn into office, you can protest without busting windows and igniting automobiles.

Resteem if you agree with my pinion.
