I had my very first swim in the sea today in 2021.
It was pretty damn cold. I just checked the sea temperature online and it was 13.5 degrees celsius. 馃ザ馃ザ

If you would have told me a year ago that I would be running into the sea when it was only 13.5 degrees, I would have told you were crazy.
For just over a year now I have been ending my showers with a moment of super cold water. It鈥檚 very refreshing and has taught me discipline.
At the beach it was quite windy so we were very happy that we had bought a windshield this morning. It was lovely in the sun and out of the wind.
I love days just lounging at the beach, reading a book.
Makes me very happy!
