As we grow, It seems that the older we get the less interest we have in fun, and that’s just not fair and I think it’s a psychological thing because we tend to focus our mind on what we Tag to be "more important". But why do we just literally assume that we get too old to have fun? Why do we take Life too serious and forget about fun? Personally, I think having fun makes life more enjoyable for you and the people close to you. To have fun is to love life and appreciate it beauty.

Most of us want a enjoyable life, to have more fun than the usual routine, but it just seems like it is not as easy as it used to be while as kids. And the reasons are many it could either be finding ways to live a perfect life or living to be being a perfectionist where everything called fun seems awkward, and holding on to that iron grip to have an excellent life. Another thing is lack of time, due to our daily schedule, and our commitment to others won’t let us have fun. Yet, it is advised and encouraged that we need to make time for fun and should perhaps prioritize it. It is important to note that what is fun for you, might not be fun for the other person, but so long it makes you happy.

This is my own definition of fun

Last weekend I took out time to visit an amusement park called the "Fun World“ it was everything you can describe as fun. The entrance alone was loud and visibly clear on what you’re in for. I got into the place and it was just as the name implies "Fun World“ I was in another world entirely. The place was filled with different fun items and games like the Carousel house, kiddies ride, the hopping star game, the monsters game and soccer and lots more. These games weren’t meant for just kids alone, I saw adults too who were engaging and having fun with their family and loved ones they were all excited, that you could see it in them, it was so much obvious, they were happy and living their lives.

Few things I discovered there among these people was that; having more fun improves your relationships with people because when we have fun with others, those experiences have a positive impact on building trust and developing good communication. Having fun gives us an opportunity to connect and be more creative. And also, fun makes us smarter and can make us more energetic and youthful. In as much as we think we’re getting old, as we develop interest in having fun, it one way that helps to improve our memory and makes us smarter and these helps somehow to reduce stress and that happens when we engage in something we enjoy. Stress is really draining and can reduce our life span, making us tired and feel oldie. And when we effectively reduce our stress levels through fun, this can boost our vitality. Having fun and playing have basically been connected with just children in the early years of our development but it is very importance of play as we get older.

We need to create time out of our time for fun sometimes and break free from that strong hold of always busy and working routine, which can be sometimes boring, find a getaway for a short time just to refresh your body and soul because having a bit of fun can be very rejuvenating.

It’s the weekend already, let go of that iron-grip holding you back, make use of this one, enjoy it and have some fun.
