I am Asghar Ali and I belong to the Hive Blogger account @asgharali. Recently I have an investment in business and personally I am very interested in Binance trading. I also have very good experience in hedge trading and I like to continuously explore different strategies and earn.
My main interest is in business where I buy physical silver bars and sell them at a good price. Apart from this I am also interested in currency exchange because I was previously a bank cash officer but I have resigned from there.
Now, recently these days in the morning I make my Hive content. After that, in the afternoon I manage my physical bar and other business. Then in the evening there is an educational institution where I work as an admin.
At around 9 or 9:30 at night I return home and I am very tired. That time is only for my family so I spend time with my children. And the good thing is that I also have three daughters who are a part of my life.
I am from Quetta City which is the city of Pakistan and is located in Central Asia. This country is known for fertile land where you can find the best rice, wheat, fruits and other minerals.
Especially if I talk about my city Quetta it is famous for dry fruits. It is a city surrounded by mountains and the city is completely between the mountains in a very beautiful location.
In summer there is not extremely hot weather and in winter it is not extremely cold. Anyway both seasons are comfortable to live in.
How long have I been on Hive??? I remember that in 2017 when I joined the Steemit platform, after spending some time there I heard about the Hive hard fork... Then I started comparing the two...
When I saw the bid bot system, self-voting and other useless things on Steemit, compared to that Hive had quite a lot of restrictions.
I even felt that this was a completely different environment from each other. So I thought that the project with more restrictions and more rules would continue for a longer time.
As far as I remember, in 2019 I joined the Hive ecosystem and properly started my blogging. At that time the price of Hive was around $1.20 and a good voting system was working. The votes that came to my content were above $10 which was very interesting.
As for my investment in the Hive ecosystem I started DCA from $1 and up to $0.55, I invested all the money I had. Then it continued to fall and during that time I needed some money so I powered down and sold it. Then I bought again and powered up. This process continued like this.
Recently two months ago, I again bought a huge stake around 50K Hive Power and at this time I have a good amount of Power Up. My wish is to hold it until the next bull run and if I get a good opportunity I will sell it and book profit (ro recover my losses 😥)
Where did I find Hive? To be honest during 2019 I was mostly jobless and I did not have much work. So I always searched on YouTube for legitimate online earning platforms that could provide good earnings.
Accidentally I came across a post where Hive was explained. When I explored it, I saw that it was similar to Steemit. It had also recently gone through a hard fork.
So I found Hive.blog and from there I became familiar with the #Ecency frontend. I saw that my account was already existed and I already had a good amount of Hive and Hive Power in it. So I continued my journey from there.
First if I talk about its benefits, it is an ecosystem where you become familiar with and meet people from different parts of the world. You learn about their culture and traditions.
It is like a family platform where people know each other. They learn about each others food, clothing and different activities.
Another benefit of Hive is that if you write good content and have good skills, you can definitely earn from it as well.
It has also become a kind of addiction. Although the earnings are not very high I have developed a kind of love for this platform and I do not feel like leaving it.
Of course it has some cons as well. The biggest con is that no matter how good and high quality Hive content you create it does not get much attention from the Whales. Instead, it gets ignored.
I have seen some content that has neither value nor quality but it gets huge upvotes because they are connected to the Whales fan base.
But users like us who work harder, even though English is not our first language, still have our posts ignored. The importance of valuable posts is not recognized. So this is one con.
The second is the drop in the Hive price which recently reached an all time low level. . But at the same time the investment opportunity also increases because of the low price (That is Pron)
Now let's move toward the last point and the last question: Have I ever convinced any user to join Hive?
Yes absolutely. So far, from my Hazara community I have convinced around 20 to 25 people. Out of them, 5 to 6 users are still active but the others are either not active anymore, have left or did not understand it properly.
I still have many referrals and all of these are people from my community. I am recommending that they make some investment in Hive so that they can get a good boost in their career.
These are the answers to all the questions and this is my contribution to the contest... @rozioo
