We had a lot of walking today and I took a few cool snaps. But, on my way back I managed to damage something in my knee so I canceled yoga. I don't think it is the smart thing to overdo some things, it could fire back.
I also decided to separate my fitness activity and post it on the Actifit, from non-fitness interests which I am going to post separately. Like the movies and photography.
I think that Liketu would be the best for the good photos and I will host movies possibly on a separate website.
I made a few snaps of sky, macroshot of flower and a huilding. i experimented with cyberpunk and black&white filter.
Sample photo below.
Hunter's Moon was yesterday, so the hunt already started and the proceeding days till the end of the harvest are dripping away. I have no doubt that Hunter will go all in, I will do the bare minimum.
But, I will still do my best to visit many places I find relevant for this time of the year.
I have to warn you of Gundry's lectin-free diet because he doesn't bring in all the details.
Saturated fats and general body changes usually overload the liver so after a few months, you will have elevated levels of liver enzymes. If you exclude animal food, they will suddenly peace out.
Also, excluding carbs too much will get you in trouble with possible toxic poisoning because of the fungi die-off. I already mentioned it. He doesn't say a word about it.
Then he includes too much cabbage. That shit can block out your thyroid.
Also, pressure cooking doesn't remove lectins in total. You need to de-peel each. Already tried million times. Also, I don't want to eat sludge from my beans. I wanna see pieces. You don't get that from the pressure cooker.
Enzymes in kiwi and lectin shield don't do it 100%. It only milds down a gut reaction. And only if you eat/drink it together. It does absolutely nothing further on in the system.
Raw spinach. Don't need to say more.
Gundry is useful because he started to warn people, but it doesn't mean the story ends there. There is always an upgrade. Diet and healthy products
My activity was pretty good today and I slept again as a rock. I had a weird dream, but I hardly can call it disturbing.ity
A lots of walking around and I also slept like a rock.
We learned a very important thing today - don't talk too much nonsense when dropping an intent.
Anyways, for today's trip, the intent was some sort of a repair tool for our car, described in detail.
Well, too much detail is not a very smart thing when dealing with a randomizer.
A strange thing happened. After imagining what we want, an app weirdly replied that there is no such spot anywhere near.
After a few unsuccessful attempts, we got a location, but when we came there the spot featured REPAIRS on a road. And a lot of tools involved.
So, for the next time, I will keep my big mouth shut and just drop an intent, no description.
