Hey guys
Today I am with an Indian dish, which you never heard. It is popular in the southern areas of India. Tapioca is a root vegetable normally grown in the alluvial soil. The tapioca is cooked with fresh bones of buffalo with Indian spices. It is a hot dish and a better option for cold climate. Lets move how it prepared.

INGREDIENTS
Buffalo bone
Tapioca
Turmeric powder
Garam masala (Indian spices)
Salt

PREPARATION
Prepare the tapioca, cut them into small pieces.

In a pressure cooker, cook the bones with salt and garam masala. Cook about 1 hour at low flame.

Fry the garam masala in a small heat and add to the bones.

When the bones became cooked well, set a big vessel on fire. Add the tapioca pieces and add some curry leaves.

Add little turmeric powder and garam masala to colour and taste respectively.

Then add the cooked bones, all items were adding at the same time for cooking.

Cover the vessel, cook upto the tapioca became soft, about 1/2 hour.

While the dish is cooking, we can prepare a salad as a companion for the dish. The ingredients were onion, tomato, green chilli, carrot, cucumber, salt, curd.
Cut the into small pieces.

Add salt and curd, mix them well.

The two items were became ready to eat. It is spicy creamy in texture. Once you taste it, you will never forget.
