Yesterday or I guess the day before Yesterday I Plucked some Mangoes from a nearby Tree so that I could make some Mango Pickle and today is the Day I start making it. Making of the pickle is a Multi-Day process so I will break it down in steps.
For today I just Cut the Mangoes in Slices and took out the Seed from Inside. Once it has been done I just washed the Mango Slices and added some Salt and Turmeric Powder to it and mixed it well. Now all I have to do is let these Marinated Mango Slices under the Sun for an entire Day. Easy right, that was Step 1 I will show you the Next Step Tomorrow so stay Tuned.
