Quitting your JOB is never an easy thing to do, especially since I have been in a good place regarding job security. But certain factors at play were hindering my growth, so I had to make the difficult choice to QUIT MY JOB. Now it's not all Sad as I have a couple of jobs lined up and will be Interviewing for them in the next week or so but it is True that in between that period I will indeed be JOBLESS. Truth be told I am not having a Good time right now as I am yet not assured of a JOB so days are really going by SLOW.
The main reason for me Quitting my JOB is the Lack of Salary Hikes as well as Promotions. I was Promised a certain Promotion after two years of working which was not delivered to me, even after that I waited for another year still no Promotion and with the rising Inflation the Cost of Living Increased a lot and my Salary Hike wasn't on a proportional level. So yeah that's why I needed to QUIT. There is also the fact that I have been working in the same area for the last three years and I have become a bit too much Comfortable so I think it's time for a new Beginning for me regardless of wherever it takes me.
