Life Is Wonderful Even When It Isn't!

I chose today's "quote to live by" because I've had quite a difficult week (family medical emergency) and it's easy at such times to get caught up in the challenges and lose sight of all that is still wonderful.

It's not that it goes anywhere it's just that our focus becomes narrow and we're inclined to get caught up in the drama of the moment. Then before you know it everything gets coloured by the initial challenging event.

Thankfully the worst of it should now be over so I can relax a bit again and it's easier to appreciate all that is good.

May your day be filled with awareness and appreciation of all that is wonderful in your life.
