When Two Become One

This was my entry into a Haiku contest which, sadly, no longer runs.

In these quieter days on Steemit I am finding that many of the contests I used to love to enter are no longer running. 😢

I'd never tried haiku before coming here and I fund I enjoyed it so here's a poem that didn't get much attention first time around.
