Worst Day Ever On Steem Monsters

This morning was my worst ever experience on Steem Monsters.

I've spoken about the bots before but this morning that is pretty much all there was.

I tried accounts in both Silver and Gold and different levels and lost hundreds of points whilst doing so.

In one account for example, I played 7 games and all of them were matched against either shitcoinking or iamleith. I lost all of them because the played the life splinter at a higher level than I have cards for.

Looking at another account which I've tried to play over the last 22 hours I can see that the last 23 games were all bots mostly playing the life splinter.

I could buy more cards and level up so I could have least have an even chance to beat these bots but then that would probably take me into the Gold League and I would just encounter a different set of bots there.

I have no idea if bots are playing to the same extent in the Diamond and Champion Leagues but I suspect not as you don't see people complaining about them in the Mavericks channel.

So basically, unless you're willing to spend enough money to get yourself in the Diamond League and above, don't expect to have too many interesting games against humans.

We will be beginning a new season shortly and I seriously hope that something will be done to make the lower leagues more interesting. I doubt it will though because all the feedback that get's listened too seems to come from those with most invested who are playing in the top leagues.

I'm not sure how Steem Monsters will retain new users if this issue isn't addressed though and, if they can't, we will all lose.

My one and only Manticore. Don't ask. I have't played it yet! 😂
