No Time To Learn

You may remember from my last post that I had someone who was going to try and help me to play Steem Monsters better this week.

The plan was to forget about winning and the quests for the time being and just play 20 games a day.

Sadly, I've not been able to do that. I've simply got to many other things to do at the moment plus I was away at the weekend and nowhere near a computer.

I did manage to play one set of 20 games on Friday and submit my best and worst and got feedback on those.

That just showed me again how little I know about how the cards work but at least it was a start.

I also find it hard not to play for the quests in the little time I do have, although the vast majority of cards I've won have been the common ones.

After 25 common cards on the trot I finally drew this set.

Arianthus is a legendary so I was very happy with that. And the mushroom seer, by all accounts, is a good card too.

Only time will tell as far as me finding our for myself is concerned as it's going to take me sometime to learn the basics I think.

That's it for today. Have fun out there and . . .

Stay tuned for the next thrilling instalment! 😂 😂 😂

This post is part of a series documenting my journey with the game of Steem Monsters.

I have called it 'Tales From The Steem Monsters Nursery' since, having no previous knowledge/experience of such things it feels like I'm a toddler, back at nursery school. Except I have a lot more thinking about how hard it is to understand than a toddler ever would! 😂
