Note To Self - Get Knitting

One of the things I love about Steemit is how it has made me look more closely at the world and consider things I haven't considered in a long time.

When I was out and about at the weekend I noticed this bright display of wool in a shop and I immediately thought what a great photo it would make for the colourful photography contest.

And then I started to wonder why it's been so long since I did any knitting.

The last thing I knitted was a baby blanket which I posted about previously and that was the first thing I'd knitted for 20 years!

I use to be a rampant knitter but somehow let it drop, despite still having loads of patterns, needles and wool in storage.

Maybe it's time to look out those boxes and start again . . .
