These guys are some grumpy looking fish. I kinda love em.
And here's how we begin. Those who have been around for a bit know I start with a sketch.
Then I blocked in some of the colours and then did some of the ground area.
It took me a bit to get the patterns of the fish down. It also took me a while to quite get the colours close to right.
Then there's the colouring on the fins. I didn't quite mange to get the glow they seem to have yet.
Then I got the fins at the top the right colours.
Then a few more final touches and it's done.
