I hope you're right. I see people getting more worked up over this one though and it worries me a little bit. Civil way is doubtful but I expect at least a few violent incidents.

That is assuredly true. I feel for the people who get sold on the idea that things will change for the better if we just elect the right corrupt self-serving political hack.
