I do not exchange or sell properties so the virus only affects me in the fact that I can buy at lower prices.

All I do is buy properties with tenants and then sell shares in my company, knowing I can offer the shareholder a nice annual return, plus the value of their share keeps rising whenever the cost of building and the rents rise. That way there is no need for a mortgage and if things go wrong for a while, nobody has a reason to take it away from us.
