Insofar as your real estate investments, people are writing Covid clauses into offers to purchase or sell seeking to avoid liability for unwittingly transferring the virus or becoming infected because of contaminated surfaces. A whole new industry has sprung up disinfecting houses and apartments. Just saying...sorry if I sound like a Jeremiah here but these are considerations. And finally, I've had to learn to do a lot of things on my own as well that exasperate me and take me away from my writing - that's the damnable thing about deciding to go Indie rather than putting up with the song and dance of traditional publishers. I just end up re-editing their edits anyway and they expect you to self-promote as well, so where's the benefit?
