While I've got your attention: if you use commercial salt, it has alumin in it (same as baking powder - not soda - does), which causes damage to our brains. I now use salt without the chemicals, like salt from an under-desert old lake in the Kalahari. That salt was created millions of years ago and has no pollution in it.

I found that as long as I am careful to underdo it, a bit of real salt does not cause me a problem. If you want to try it, first experiment with tiny doses and a strict monitoring of your blood pressure.

On average, regular dark chocolate consumption could help lower your systolic blood pressure (the top number) by 5 points and your diastolic blood pressure (the bottom number) by almost 3 points

Avoid eating processed/factory made foods and add these to your diet:

Sweet potatoes, tomatoes, orange juice, kidney beans, peas, cantaloupe, honeydew, and dried fruits like prunes or raisins, bananas....

I hope you do a lot of walking...if so, with the above, you should soon be healthy and full of energy again.
